This is my second try on homemade pizza; the first one was a sad story. My crust had no taste so I thought I would try to come up with a new healthy choice for pizza dough. Last time the dough was the biggest issue - no taste. This time I focused on making the dough with more flavor. It was a big hit and so tasty .
Roll your dough out as thin as you can, place it on a greased pizza stone and poke with a fork. Let it sit for 10 min.
I used tomato sauce with basil to pour onto the rolled out pizza dough. Spread out evenly. Top with cheese and your favorite toppings. Sprinkle some more cheese on top and bake in the oven on 400 for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
4 cups of sifted wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons Italian season
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1 3/8 cup water
2 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of olive oil
I used my bread machine on my pizza setting and then rolled it out, but you can use your dough setting if you don't have a pizza setting.

I'll have to try your dough recipe. I've been using your regular bread dough recipe for homemade pizza (which is also delicious).
